These terms apply to everyone who uses OGERY Outdoors. Using the site means you accept them.

1. About the site

OGERY Outdoors is a guide to OGERY camping and outdoor gear: sleeping pads and bags, camping fans, lanterns and lights, and yard tools. Each product page links to a shop where the item is sold. The site itself does not sell anything or process orders, and has no checkout or customer account.

2. Purchases

Clicking Shop now takes you to a retailer's product page. Price, stock, shipping, returns and any warranty are set by that retailer when you buy, and the sale is between you and the retailer. We don't show prices because they change too often to keep current.

3. Product details

Thickness, R-value, battery capacity, runtime, brightness, dimensions and what's in the box are compiled from OGERY's published product information and manuals. Runtimes and brightness are the maker's figures at the settings it names. Real results depend on settings, temperature and use. Some products, the camping fan among them, come in several versions with different specs. The item you receive and its manual take precedence over our pages, so check the version you select on the shop page.

4. Outdoor safety

Our guides are general information, not safety instruction. Follow each product's manual and warnings. In particular:

Charge and store battery products as their manuals direct.
With the backpack sprayer, follow the label of whatever product you spray, and wear the protection it calls for.
An R-value or temperature range doesn't guarantee warmth. Plan for the weather and conditions you expect.

We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from the use of products described here.

5. Links to other sites

Shop links and source links lead to websites we don't control. Their content, availability and privacy practices are their own responsibility.

6. Use of our content

You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back. Republishing our text, tables or graphics needs our written permission. OGERY names, logos and product photos belong to their owners.

7. Accuracy

We work to keep information correct but provide the site "as is", without any guarantee that each detail is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top marks the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
